We have ramps on both Clarence and Hay Street building entry points and lift access on street level. The Glasshouse also offers the use of two standard in-house wheelchairs if required. Selected seats in the theatre are available for patrons who use wheelchairs or have other mobility concerns. These seats are not available for sale online and patrons must advise the Box Office at the time of booking if they wish to access these seats.
Companion Card holders are entitled to a ticket for their companion free of charge. These can only be booked in person or by phoning the Box Office. Please ensure you present your Companion Card when you collect your tickets.
The Glasshouse has accessible toilets on basement level and on Level 2 with access via the lift. There is also an accessible baby change room in the basement. MLAK (Master Locksmith Access Key) can be used to access these facilities. If you do not have a MLAK, please see Customer Service to gain access and further information about this service.
Prams and strollers are not permitted inside the theatre. If possible, please avoid bringing these to shows as there is not a secure storage area. Please feel free to bring a small cushion with you for your child to sit on in the theatre.
The Glasshouse has a full range of accessible services and can provide advice about your upcoming visit to the Glasshouse venue. Please call our Customer Service Team on 02 6581 8888 or email boxoffice@glasshouse.org.au.
